Dry Conche

Horizontal conching machine  has been designed for cocoa mass degassing, homogenization and dry conching of chocolate and using a balls mill for refining process.

Chocolate will be beat against conche’s walls through a continuous mechanical movement ffected by special agitators placed inside the tank which allows the extraction of humidity and  acidity.

Special cover ventilating hood and fan allows a quicker extraction of residual humidity and acidity.
When conching has been effected, it will be possible to load remaining ingredients of the recipe and to mix them at low speed before loading them into refining balls mill.

Capacities ranges from 500 kgs to 5000 kgs
