Manual Moulding
Manual moulding machine is used in environments with a need for the melting and tempering of only small amounts of chocolate. Particularly useful in labs, small bakeries and at home.
The chocolate is gently and evenly mixed by the movement of a rotating wheel. No additional mixer is needed.
The stainless steel construction and the use of an indirect induction heating device are the basics for a perfect conduction of heat and cause chocolates evenly melted. The machine also easily can be used for the tempering of the melted chocolate this machine is known to hold temperature stable during processing. All functions are grouped together with a large temperature display.
The manual moulding machine takes only little space and can easily be put on top of the workbench.
