Refiner Conches

The refiner/conche is a versatile batch machine designed to manufacture chocolate and compounds and fat fillings. The machine consists of a fixed drum-shaped chamber with an inner lining of liners sections made of hardened steel are pressed against the liners resulting in a combined mixing and grinding action. The driving mechanism of the blades consists of an electro motor with a heavily constructed reduction gearbox arranged separately from the grinding chamber. The operating pressure is adjusted automatically using a geared motor with minimum and maximum safety settings. The water heating system of the machine consists of electrical heating elements and a circulation pump and cooling, by solenoid valve controlled by a temperature control at the electric panel. Maximum and minimum pressure levels are pre-set to ensure the machine does not overload.

Production of chocolates, compounds, praline fillings, coatings as well as processing of re-work.

Capacity range
The lab version has a  batches capacity of of 20 KG to 100 kgs.
The industrial versions start with a batch of 100 Kg upto 2000 Kg.
Production outputs required minimum 6 to 8 hours hour depending on the type of sugar used (crystal or powder) and the required end- fineness of the mass.
