Shot filling depositors,suitable fully automatic, perfect for small and medium chocolate producers. Suitable for reducing space, improving machines management, automating operations., , made up of double-wall tank and rotaries and pistons group driven by  motors, it enables, in fact, to mould one product and its filling just by one dosing. Heating of two tanks containing chocolate and filling is separated; in that way, it’s possible to dose different products. Our one-shot dropping machine, fully realised in stainless steel Aisi 304, can be easily placed on already existing moulding lines,. It’s able to work in an autonomous way, if fitted on wheels and with application of step conveyor belt. Provided with store of empty moulds for automatic loading at the entrance and store of filled moulds at the exit, it enables small productions, using static coolers. Equipped with PLC and complete with operator panel touch screen, it enables to execute all operations through easy and intuitive management software. It’s possible to save recipes for production of: chocolate bars and tablets, full and filled chocolate bars – pralines –etc and mainly easily handling , cleaning and quick change overs.
