Balls mill for the production of 100 to100 kg of pure chocolate, , creams and various fillings with a minimum percentage of fat stuff of 30-32%.
Product thinness range is from 18 to 26 micron depending on products’ characteristics and refining time.
Refiner productivity depends on the raw materials to be mixed and on the percentage of sugar used in the recipe.
Replacing crystalline sugar with powdered sugar, refining time will be considerably reduced, increasing at same time related production.
The machines includes with inbuilt heating system and pipe line with magnetic trap and required pump.provided with soloed coils for hot and cold water flow depending on temperature required .
